- Plan and supervise weekly activities for 12 teenage girls ages 12-18.
- In-charge of character development program called "Personal Progress". Helped girls develop life skills such as self-confidence, service, integrity, etc.
- Mentor individual youth; meet with each regularly to encourage a proactive life approach and to build confidence.
- Once a month, designed a lesson to be taught during Sunday church; lessons focus on applicable life-lessons and are in a discussion format.
